Zeta Phi Beta Sorority Scholarships

Other unknown scholarships for women are also offered by Zeta Phi Beta Sorority. The all female scholarships offered by this national educational foundation are open to graduate women who are working on a professional degree as well as undergraduate students. Graduate scholarships are offered for one academic year and will not exceed $2,500. The women scholarships are paid directly to the recipients. Undergraduate scholarships are open to freshmen, sophomore, junior and senior students as well as graduating high school senior students. The awards are for one academic year. Amounts for undergraduate scholarships will vary from $500 to $1,000 and will be paid directly to the school.

Zeta Phi Beta also sponsors the Deborah Partridge Wolfe International Fellowship. This award is available to graduate and undergraduate students who are studying abroad as well as foreign students who are studying in the United States. The amount of the scholarship will vary between $500 and $1,000.

The Evelyn Lewis Memorial Scholarship in Medical Health Sciences is available to undergrad and graduate women enrolled in a program that will lead to a degree in health sciences or medicine. Award amounts vary between $500 and $1,000.

The Lullelia W. Harrison Scholarship in Counseling is offered to graduate and undergraduate students who are enrolled in a counseling degree program. Award amounts for this unknown scholarship for women students vary between $500 and $1,000.

The Mildred Cater Bradham Social Work Fellowship is offered only to members of Zeta Phi Beta who are pursuing a professional or graduate degree in social work. CFMT Scholarships

CFMT also offers unknown women scholarships. CFMT, or the Community Foundation of Middle Tennessee, administers more than 70 scholarships. Some of these scholarships work to assist students in particular areas or schools, while other woman scholarships offer financial assistance to students pursuing degrees in a particular field of study. Other unclaimed scholarships offered by CFMT provide assistance to students who demonstrate financial need. Applications for the CFMT scholarships must be received by no later than March 15, 2012.
