You do have to be in the first quarter of either your junior or senior year in college. Your submitted project can be written, in audio form, a short film or on videotape. If it is creative and you win you will receive $10,000 in weird college scholarships. Second place finishers receive a $5,000 award while the third place student gets $3,333. All submissions must be turned in by March 26th of the scholarship year.
